World Class Company: Strategic Planning and Execution Workshop
Course Description:
Many small businesses operate without an adequate strategic plan. World Class Company: Strategic Planning and Execution is a hands-on program for business owners, CEOs, COOs, and other key company leaders. It is designed to give you the strategic plan and tools required to get your company on the path to becoming "World Class", leveraging proven techniques like the Rockefeller Habits. World Class Companies grow 20% faster than their peers and tie everything they do to value-creating endeavors.
You will develop a 12 quarter (3 year) strategic plan for your small business starting with the 7 Drivers: You, Leadership, Employees, Customers, Financial Partners, Cash, and Growth. Then, you’ll customize the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), for each of the drivers that will enable you to measure your progress, success, and to take corrective steps as required. Also, you’ll design quarterly "Sprints" with the specific Actions tied to your KPIs to turn plans into reality. And, to help you execute the plan and associated actions, we’ll teach you how to best run the optimal meetings that will keep you and your team on point.

Course Details:

Apex Sales Growth Training Workshops
Course Description:
The Apex Sales Growth Training program consists of three training workshops. The program is aimed at small company business leaders and key salespeople. By focusing on customers and buyers, the program will train these leaders to accelerate growth through systematic planning, sales messaging, and effective tool development.
Sales Strategy Training Workshop
Objective: To equip participants with the tools and knowledge to develop an effective sales strategy that targets the right customers and markets, aligning sales efforts with business goals.
Outcome: Participants will develop a clear and actionable sales strategy tailored to their business, targeting the right customers and markets with an effective sales model.
Sales Story Training Workshop
Objective: To help participants craft a compelling sales story that resonates with buyers, addresses their needs, and differentiates the business from competitors.
Outcome: Participants will leave with a compelling sales story, including a strong value proposition, differentiators, and buyer stories that effectively communicate the value of their offering.
Sales Process Training Workshop
Objective: To review, define, and refine the sales process, ensuring it is efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Outcome: Participants will have a refined, efficient sales process with clear stages, responsibilities, and deliverables, aligned with customer expectations and business goals.

World-Class Speed: Developing and Executing Key Performance Indicators
Course Description:
These training workshops are targeted at business owners, CEOs, and your organization's leadership team. The training focuses on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): how to write them and tie specific actions to them so that everything your organization does drives team alignment, value growth, stability, and profit...while saving a ton of management time so you spend time on what you value most.

• How KPIs can be non-punitive and how to align all projects your company does underneath a reason for doing them
• How to write KPIs to be clear, concise, and actionable
• The formulas for the six essential KPIs and how to manage to them

Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program
The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) Express Grant is a valuable resource for local businesses looking to improve their workforce’s skills and competitiveness. It is designed to:

Provide financial support to companies for eligible training initiatives.
With the Express Grant, businesses can apply for reimbursement of training expenses, making it an attractive option for companies striving to invest in employee development without bearing the full financial burden.
How much training money can I receive through the WFTP Express Grant?
As of July 2023, Massachusetts based companies with fewer than 100 MA employees may be eligible for up to $20,000 per company per calendar year and $3,000 per employee per course.
What are the eligibility requirements to receive a WFTP Express Grant?
In order to qualify for the WFTP Express Grant, you must be a Massachusetts company and pay into the Workforce Training Fund. All for-profit companies pay into the fund via their Payroll taxes.
All training participants must be on payroll and must work in Massachusetts
Employees are not required to live in Massachusetts.
Contractors or employees of other firms, such as temporary workers, are not eligible for reimbursement.
The company must obtain a Certificate of Good Standing from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
How do I get reimbursed by the WFTP Express Grant?
Reimbursement is based on the program you select along with the size of your company. Many of our workshop fees are charged per person. The WTFP Express Program reimburses 100% for companies with fewer than 100 employees and 50% for companies with >100 employees. Upon completion of the program you can submit proof of payment and a roster of attendees to receive your reimbursement.
