While you can certainly implement Catipult’s system on your own by following the guidance of our software, your best chance of success is with a neutral, third-party implementer.
We call our implementers “Rhythm Makers” because without the appropriate meeting rhythm, nothing matters. In fact, their coaching focuses on getting the wheel spinning for you using the world-class meeting rhythm that is included in Catipult’s meeting functionality.
Our system shows the KPIs that need to be achieved for maximum success. Achieving them, however, may require many tough decisions. A neutral, third party Rhythm Maker can help you see a company’s blind spots and help you finally see both the forest and the trees at the same time.
QuickStart Plus
QuickStart is a one-month engagement that gets you and your set-up on Catipult with a focused strategy and then training on the world-class meeting rhythm, so you run Catipult on your own.
With a QuickStart Plus engagement, we start by reviewing the plan the software creates for you. Then, we work with you to create and/or add KPIs that you may already have in place into Catipult and align them with the strategic metrics you need to achieve. Next, we’ll train your team on how to run the weekly meetings and one strategic meeting, how to add employees, and use the software features.
